Sprint Car Titanium Inboard Brake System with Smith Ti Radial Mount Caliper

Made from proprietary 6AL4V titanium, our rotors are manufactured to be far superior to all others who simply make them from plate and laser cut them into shape. We have an 8 step process followed by fully CNC machining.  Our textured finish helps with a quick break-in. This means the rotors never need to be recoated.  Our special manufacturing process is the key to “stay flat” after many cycles of extreme heat.  With both options in our kits, the VRT-MAX 72 rotor has drilled vented technology and the TPV (Two Piece Vented) rotor is completely machined on all 4 sides with curved venting slot to help improve cooling over 50% and also improving the pad life.

Sprint Car Titanium Inboard Brake System with Smith Ti Radial Mount Caliper contains:

• 1 – 12.200″ titanium rotor (choose between 1 piece VRT style rotor (IBR-375-12-VRT) or 2 piece TPV style rotor (IBR-375-12-TPV)
• 1 – splined brake rotor hub (choose between centrifugal fan hub or Moose hub with blue donuts – includes all titanium hardware- safety locking spacer required
• 1 – Smith Titanium inboard radial mount brake caliper 7075 billet aluminum, hard coat Ano III black with carbon raptor coated titanium pistons. Includes all titanium bolts and fittings
• 1 – Smith Titanium radial mount with titanium studs & red aluminum jet nut (RM-SM)
• 2 – 7/16-14-20 x 1.675 titanium studs with steel jet nuts (for radial mount to rear end housing) (IBC-R-RM-KIT)
• 2 – sets inboard brake pads – Gold #7 (BP-R-G7)
• 1 – rear inboard brake line with banjo and straight fittings – 20-1/2″ hose length – (SPP-B20)
