Precision-Engineered Titanium Rotors

Our rotors are crafted from proprietary 6AL4V titanium, using a six-step manufacturing process that far exceeds the industry standard of plate-laser cutting. After initial machining, each rotor is precision ground, CNC machined, and shot peened for optimal strength and immediate break-in—no coating required, ever. Thanks to this meticulous process, our rotors maintain their integrity and “stay flat” even after repeated cycles of extreme heat.

The latest innovation, our VRT-MAX 72 Rotor, comes standard with every brake kit. Designed with drilled vented technology, this rotor runs cooler and more efficiently, ensuring maximum performance throughout the race.

High-Strength Billet Aluminum Calipers

Machined from 7075 billet aluminum, our calipers feature a durable black coating that resists chemical fade and eliminates bore wear. Each caliper is outfitted with titanium fittings and bolts, combining lightweight performance with superior strength.

Titanium-Equipped Hub Included

We complete the system with a performance hub, fully equipped with titanium bolts for added strength without added weight.

• 1 – splined brake rotor hub (one piece billet aluminum construction) no spacer required – includes all titanium hardware
• 1 – Smith Titanium Inboard Brake Caliper Ano III black with carbon raptor coated pistons comes with brake lines and all titanium pistons, bolts and fittings – DIRECT MOUNT STYLE
• 2 – 7/16 – 14 x 1-3/8 reduced hex titanium bolt – drilled for tie wire (for caliper to rear)
• 2 – sets inboard brake pads (2 pads each)
• 1 – rear inboard brake line with banjo and straight fittings – 24-1/2″ hose length
• 1 – Smith Titanium Left Front Rotor (10.875 diameter)
• 1 – Smith Titanium Left Front Brake Caliper Ano III black with carbon raptor coated pistons comes with brake lines and all titanium pistons, bolts and fittings
• 1 – Left Front Mounting Bracket
• 2 sets – left front brake pads (2 pads each)
• 3 – 1/2 – 20 x .700 countersunk titanium bolts (for rotor to hub)
• 2 – 3/8 – 24 x 1 titanium reduced hex head bolts – drilled for tie wire (for caliper to bracket)
