King pins are a very important part of your race car, that is why we have created a variety of options that suit you best. Our focus at Smith Titanium has always been quality and creating products you don’t have to work on when you unbox. This king pin is no different. We start with 4140 steel that is machined in the USA, then heat treated to our specs, and precision ground to within +/-.0005. Once back from grinding the king pin is completely polished and packaged in a custom plastic sleeve for protection.  If you want the best king pin on the market we offer this king pin in our DLC (Diamond Like Coating), which is the same coating we use on our pistons in our calipers that take tremendous abuse. You can get this king pin with the cap or if you would prefer a tether stud, we offer that for the Butlerbuilt or Amick.
