Smith Titanium Rear Micro Radial Mount Brake Caliper
- Only caliper designed specifically for the Micro Sprint Chassis with no fitting on side to allow more clarence for left rear shock
- the first ever brake caliper to come with ALL titanium hardware – this includes the fittings; bleed screw; crossover bolt and spacer; and caliper clamp bolts (the titanium bolts are very stiff with a shoulder design)
- has large titanium pistons that boost the clamping force over other calipers
- the titanium piston blocks the heat from entering into the brake fluid – making it the best piston material
- the titanium piston is located at the exact center line of the friction material providing for the best pad wear
- special o-rings provide minimum piston retraction – drivers LOVE this feel!
- the caliper is black hard coat anodized
- fits a 9-1/2″ diameter rotor; .190-.250 wide
- mounting holes for radial mount = 3/8 x 3-1/2″ hole centers
- radial mount micro birdcage caliper carrier are also available = 1-3/4 Splined axle
- pistons have carbon raptor coating
