Description

The Smith Ti master cylinder has all 7075 billet aluminum components. Absolutely NO castings here! The body and all internal parts are 7075 billet aluminum with hard coat anodize (military spec MIL-A-8625 Type III) for the longest life!

This master cylinder is high pressure, high volume, high precision, fast bleeding, combination front and side mount, for sprint cars and midgets.  There is no snap ring to fall out and no more pipe threads to crack and leak. There is no more trying 3 different master cylinders to find a good one, no more wondering if this is a good one, no more long nights bleeding, and no more headaches!!

The new and improved car-line kit comes straight out of the bottom, eliminating air traps. The top bleed screw is easy access to remove any air. The solid piston eliminates air entrapment.

This master cylinder took us 3 years to prepare, design, test and launch. It is the first ever midget and sprint car specific master cylinder!

“Cut off” (precision set to .025″) What does this mean? Every Smith Ti master cylinder is tested and set to exact pedal travel to reach full high pressure very quickly! It has a threaded I.D adjustable nose that allows us to precisely set each master cylinder to exactly .025″ to hit full pressure. This is accomplished by a special test stand with flow meter built exclusively by us!
