Chase Dietz picked up the win at Williams Grove Speedway for the World of Outlaws Tune Up Event. Dietz started on the front row, but had to work for the lead on the 1/2 mile track. He was able to run down race leader, Dylan Norris, but on lap 13 Norris spun to avoid a mishap on the track. Dietz was then able to squeeze between two spun cars and come out as the race leader. He still had to hold off Freddie Rahmer before taking the checkered.
It was Dietz’s first night using the Smith Titanium Brake System. When asked how he liked his brakes, Dietz replied, “Brakes worked all night and they worked great! Needed them the whole race and they were abused. No issues!” We’re so glad Dietz chose to switch to our brake system and are happy to see his team succeed! We can’t wait to see how the rest of the season goes.
