“Give Stevie a hug and tell him I said those things are phenomenal,” TJ Stutts said in a phone call Friday night after he out drove World of Outlaws super star David Gravel for his first ever World of Outlaws win! Stutts was referring to the brand new Smith Ti BIG Brake System made to eliminate brake fade and overheating and help with shorter stops. Stutts added, “I could never have stuck the bottom like that without those brakes … and it wasn’t just one lane around the bottom.
